As you may have figured out i have recently upgraded to Vista assuming by now all the little kinks would be worked out.

Little did i expect or suspect that my snowball microphone by Blue would not be able to work with vista,

I have looked all over for upgraded drivers nothing , firmware updates…. nothing.. now all i can do is hope that i get a response from Blues support team that i sent in last week in regards to needing help for resolve.

I have been in love with my Snowball since i got it. But if they cant help me then why should i stick with them . this is not a 29.99 microphone. I picked up this is a 139.99 from gutiar center. So a little Vista support would not be out of the question given that Vista is almost hmm two years old can it be.?? and Blue still hasnt worked this out.

Recently i had been having trouble with my HDVR2 Directtivo Box with pixelating of the recording and live images comeing from my second tuner of the box.I tried rewireing the dish,no luck

I tried Running new wire direct for the dish to the reciever NO LUCK

I tried swaping the cables on the back of the reciever and was able to narrow it down to the tuner 2 inside the box itself. Now faced with the dilema of having to replace the unit i was unhappy to say the least.

Hours of rearanging the wires for nothing.

I searched and i searched for an answer using HDVR tuner trouble , second tuner on hdvr2 pixelated nothing.

finally i found an answer and the answer was not what i expected, this may work for you if you have found this while searching as i did.

STEP one … are you using S-Video to connect to the tv… if yes this may help

Step two UNPLUG S-Video wait five minutes did this fix it. TADA

Finally found the New Canon XSI at a local Store and by local I mean 40 miles away.That being said lets move foward with the first impressions.

It has a HUGE screen gorgeous and better than expected.Looking at review images is phenominal.

Speed,. The speed this camera snaps off shots is more than i will need for some time to come

Image quality is acceptable.

It is a nice weight feels comfortable in my big hands .

Price- given that i used discount codes -droped a 150 off of the retail price and the gift cards i have gatherd from recent holidays it was well with in the budget- recommend that if you ever buy from the big box stores Check online for Reward Programs discount codes or other such Money saving ideas.
