After my Previous Post I was contacted by Mozy ,as a result. I was pleased to have them wish to speak to me about some of my concerns. I find this personal touch in a backup and restore company AMAZINGLY refreshing.To take few minutes to listen and acknowledge me as a user of the service was the highlight of my day.Mozy you do Care about your customers restore needs.
